Ron Paul 90th Birthday BBQ

Our friends at Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) hosted a massive 90th birthday celebration for one of the world’s most known and beloved voices for liberty, Dr. Ron Paul. It was a stacked lineup of guests, including many of the Liberty Movement’s best and brightest, and featuring keynote speeches from historian Dr. Thomas E. Woods, comedian and podcast host Dave Smith, and current US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, a long-time admirer. The celebration culminated in an impassioned address from Dr. Ron Paul himself, immediately followed by a touching moment in which he was sung ‘Happy Birthday’ by a crowd of over 1,000 fans.

State Policy Network Conference

The State Policy Network (SPN) hosted its annual conference, bringing dozens of state-based organizations from all 50 states together for a celebration of the year’s biggest policy victories and present awards to the most accomplished organizations. The biggest award of the event was the inaugural Chip Mellor Prize for Excellence in Public Interest Litigation, presented to the New Civil Liberties Alliance for their pivotal role in ending Chevron Deference in June of 2024. SPN also recently welcomed a new President and CEO, Christopher S. Dauer, who brings a wealth of expertise in both nonprofit and private sector leadership to the role, most recently as the Chief Program Advancement Officer for the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.
2025 Sir Antony Fisher Award - Atlas Network

The Atlas Society announced that this year’s recipient of the Sir Antony Fisher Award will be Dan Grossman. A longtime Atlas Network board member and champion of free markets, Dan has spent decades advancing the worldwide freedom movement through his visionary leadership and generosity. His legacy stretches across many influential organizations from around the Liberty Movement, including Students For Liberty (SFL), Charter Cities Institute, Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), Consumer Choice Center, and many more.
The award will be presented at the Liberty Forum and Freedom Dinner Nov. 12-13 in NYC.
New Book Release: Robert Begley’s Voices of Reason
Our friend Robert Begley, long-time rhetoric coach and founder of Speaking With Purpose has released a new book, Voices of Reason: Lessons for Liberty’s Leaders.
